COVID-19 SAFE WORKPLACE TRAINING

Clear Law Institute provides compliant and current Covid-19 Safe Workplace training. We developed our training to comply with OSHA guidelines, state guidance, and the growing number of states that mandate employee training. Our Compliance Advisory Team monitors federal and state authorities and updates the training materials as requirements change. Additionally, we notify our clients of these updates and provide retraining opportunities as necessary at no additional cost.
Oregon OSHA recently issued a statement that it intends to publish the COVID-19 Temporary Standard on October 21, 2020, with an effective date of November 1, 2020. (Previously, Oregon OSHA intended to publish the Temporary Standard during the last week of September with an effective date of October 12, 2020).
CLI is in the process of reviewing the Oregon COVID-19 Temporary Standard. The Oregon state resource page will be updated, as needed, on November 1, 2020, when the Temporary Standard becomes effective.
