Clear Law Institute provides compliant and current Covid-19 Safe Workplace training. Our training complies with CDC and OSHA guidelines and the growing number of states mandating COVID-19 workplace safety training. Our Compliance Advisory Team regularly monitors federal and state authorities and updates the training as needed. We also provide necessary re-training opportunities at no cost.
On October 5, 2020, the Arkansas Department of Health updated its Face Covering Directive to clarify that:
(1) simple plastic face shields worn without a mask are not mask substitutes; and
(2) masks with sewn-in clear plastic windows or clear plastic masks that seal around nose and chin, such as those used by those who are deaf or hard-of-hearing or when seeing lip movements is important, are acceptable.
