COVID-19 SAFE WORKPLACE TRAINING

Clear Law Institute provides compliant and current Covid-19 Safe Workplace training. We developed our training to comply with OSHA guidelines, state guidance, and the growing number of states that mandate employee training. Our Compliance Advisory Team monitors federal and state authorities and updates the training materials as requirements change. Additionally, we notify our clients of these updates and provide retraining opportunities as necessary at no additional cost.
On October 6, 2020, Governor Cuomo announced a New Cluster Action Initiative to address COVID-19 hot spots in Brooklyn, Queens, and Broome, Orange, and Rockland Counties, and issued guidance relating to the same.
