COVID-19 SAFE WORKPLACE TRAINING

Clear Law Institute provides compliant and current Covid-19 Safe Workplace training. Our training complies with CDC and OSHA guidelines and the growing number of states mandating COVID-19 workplace safety training. Our Compliance Advisory Team regularly monitors federal and state authorities and updates the training, as needed.
On May 14, 2021, West Virginia Governor Jim Justice issued Executive Order 16-21 stating that “individuals who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are not subject to the requirement that all individuals age 9 and over within the State of West Virginia wear a face covering when in confined, indoor spaces where other individuals may be present.”
The Order notes that private entities and businesses have the authority to set their own rules and require face coverings for entrance into their premises, regardless of an individual’s vaccination status.
