Update

May 25, 2021

Clear Law Institute provides compliant and current Covid-19 Safe Workplace training. Our training complies with CDC and OSHA guidelines and the growing number of states mandating COVID-19 workplace safety training. Our Compliance Advisory Team regularly monitors federal and state authorities and updates the training, as needed.

Rhode Island recently updated its Emergency Rules on Safe Activities Covered During the COVID-19 Emergency to provide that fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear face coverings. The state also issued updated Masking Guidance for Businesses.

The Emergency Rules have also been revised to provide that employers no longer need provide employee training or implement plans.

Additionally, physical distancing in the workplace is no longer required, regardless of vaccination status.
