Clear Law Institute provides compliant and current Covid-19 Safe Workplace training. Our training complies with CDC and OSHA guidelines and the growing number of states mandating COVID-19 workplace safety training. Our Compliance Advisory Team regularly monitors federal and state authorities and updates the training, as needed.
On May 4, 2021, the Oregon Occupational Health and Safety Division (OSHA) issued the permanent rule Addressing COVID-19 Public Health Emergency in All Oregon Workplaces. The permanent rule addresses several new issues, including the time frame for repeal date, face coverings, face shields, transportation, ventilation, removal and quarantine, cleaning, and recordkeeping.
Oregon OSHA issued the permanent rule upon expiration of the emergency rule issued in November 2020.
