COVID-19 SAFE WORKPLACE TRAINING

Clear Law Institute provides compliant and current Covid-19 Safe Workplace training. Our training complies with CDC and OSHA guidelines and the growing number of states mandating COVID-19 workplace safety training. Our Compliance Advisory Team regularly monitors federal and state authorities and updates the training, as needed.
Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak issued Emergency Directive 045 on May 3, 2021, to provide that individuals not otherwise exempted, must wear a mask or face covering over their nose and mouth “consistent with guidance issued by the CDC, and any subsequent guidance issued by the CDC.”
Emergency Directive 045 also states that “businesses shall ensure that all patrons, customers, patients, or clients utilize face coverings consistent with this Directive, which may include prohibiting persons without face coverings from entering any indoor premises.”
