COVID-19 SAFE WORKPLACE TRAINING

Clear Law Institute provides compliant and current Covid-19 Safe Workplace training. Our training complies with CDC and OSHA guidelines and the growing number of states mandating COVID-19 workplace safety training. Our Compliance Advisory Team regularly monitors federal and state authorities and updates the training, as needed.
On December 2, 2020, the New Mexico Department of Health issued a Public Health Order, which among other things, extends the state’s face covering mandate and makes clear that face coverings with valves do not meet the requirement.
The Order also temporarily closes in-person services for all non-essential businesses.
The Order took effect the same day.
