COVID-19 SAFE WORKPLACE TRAINING

Clear Law Institute provides compliant and current Covid-19 Safe Workplace training. Our training complies with CDC and OSHA guidelines and the growing number of states mandating COVID-19 workplace safety training. Our Compliance Advisory Team regularly monitors federal and state authorities and updates the training, as needed.
On November 18, 2020, the Pennsylvania Department of Health issued an updated Face Covering Order requiring all individuals to wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when indoors or in an enclosed space where another person is present, regardless of social distancing.
The Order also specifies other circumstances in which face coverings are required, including certain exceptions. The Order took effect immediately.
