California Covid-19 Employee Training Required

All employees in California must complete COVID-19 health and safety training, according to California’s Division of Occupational Safety and Health (“Cal/OSHA”). Cal/OSHA issued guidance on May 14, 2020, that details a number of items that employers must take, including providing COVID-19 training for employees.  The guidance details numerous topics that must be included in the training.
