Guidance Update

Clear Law Institute provides compliant and current Covid-19 Safe Workplace training. Our training complies with CDC and OSHA guidelines and the growing number of states mandating COVID-19 workplace safety training. Our Compliance Advisory Team regularly monitors federal and state authorities and updates the training, as needed.
OSHA Update
On January 29, 2021, OSHA released updated guidance on COVID-19 in the workplace. OSHA was directed to issue updated guidance in President Biden’s January 21 Executive Order.
OSHA makes clear the updated guidance is not a new standard or regulation and creates no new legal obligations. Rather, OSHA states the updated guidance is advisory in nature and is intended to assist employers in providing a safe and healthful workplace.
The updated guidance generally addresses workplace best practices, such as face masks, social distancing, hygiene, and COVID-19 Prevention Plans.
